Build a custom roller coaster of any kind and direct the tracks on to the desired land that is for sale. As you continue to construct the tracks on for sale land you will see two price tags. One price for the actual roller coaster your building and another price for the land expansion. No need to finish or connect the coaster. The goal is to cover as much land as you want with the tracks. Save the coaster. Shut down the app. Restart the app. The coaster is still there with its original price but the land expansion price is no longer there. Delete the coaster if you desire. The land is now yours. Enjoy!

Tip: YOu have to start on land that you own then go onto the land you don't.. yOu don't have to create a coaster that you're going to save. Just cover the land you want with a coaster or a transport ride. Don't 'complete it' just end it. Turn the power off and on again. The land will be your when you do.
