Rollercoaster Tycoon Barony Bridges
Similar to Big Pier, Barony Bridge is mostly made up of construction rights over water. However, the park has two tiny islands owned as well as a large, straight bridge with two entrance gates. Getting from 0 to 1,200 guests will be very challenging thanks to the small selection of rides you have and the tiny amount of land you have to place scenery on, but there's far more space to work with compared to Big Pier.
Immediately set research to maximum on Roller Coasters as you only have one type of coaster to work with. It's doable to build the Wooden Roller Coaster on a budget but having more flexible coaster types will be essential for later. When building your coaster, pay special attention to where the boundaries of the park lie, because there is no fence to tell you where it ends, even underwater. Be careful when placing pre-made track sets as they will be built on top of the water instead of two units above it. Since there aren't very many rides available, build a Merry-Go-Round and a Swinging Ship to add some variety. Don't forget to add a Drink Stall, a Burger Bar, and a bathroom. If you feel that you need to take out a loan to get things started, then do so. You'll eventually pay the back in increments once you make profit in the thousands.
The key to expansion is to have the edges reserved for pathways while the rides are placed in the middle. Start building a path from a point near the park entrance and expand until you reach the corner. Since there's mostly water to build over, be very careful when building new pathways once people are walking around. A few of them get tempted to walk over flashing pieces of path that aren't built yet, which will cause them to fall into the water and drown. At $32 a pop, it's also expensive, so build conservatively. Once you have the cash, you should build your path back to the bridge again somewhere around the middle so that it makes a simple loop. This will help guests move around the park better than a bunch of dead ends. Once you exhausted one corner of the map with rides, pick another corner adjacent to the other entrance of your park and build new rides there. Be sure to have two to three handymen to handle each corner of the map and lay some shops and stalls at the edges.
You'll need a fair amount of roller coasters, exciting rides, and advertising to beat this level. A good chance of winning will require at least one roller coaster in each corner as well as two in the middle, all with great ratings. With nothing to start with, it's imperative to build quickly and keep research on new coasters and thrill rides. Save often so you can return to your last save if your coaster's stats turn out horrible or somebody drowns while you expand.
